IT Operations Technician

We are seeking a full-time IT Operations Lead to join our Fargo, ND office.

In this role, you will support association technology strategies throughout the association following established technology department protocol; track association technology assets and perform timely maintenance operations of the system and associated network; and coordinate with technology providers to resolve user and system problems including installation and maintenance of applications, including Microsoft 365.  

If you have an associate degree in computer science, business, or closely related field and three or more years of information systems experience, apply today!
