YOUR ROLE

•Responsible for growing profitable volume, distribution and share of products at the Albertsons Account across Henkel Consumer Brands and key customer divisions
•Primary contact on items relating to daily operations of the customer business for assigned divisions and/or categories. Achieve merchandising objectives, new item acceptance, promotional execution, and budget adherence
•Develop a strategic partnership with Albertsons divisions that deliver on both Henkel's net sales, profitability, and market share targets and aligned customer metrics. Builds an in-depth knowledge & understanding of the Albertson's divisional strategies and local market dynamics.
•Works with the team and cross-functional partners to leverage knowledge that drives winning solutions
•Manage supply chain initiatives through S&OP process to optimize gross sales, profitability, new fulfillment opportunities, and improvements on chargebacks
•Builds and maintains a strategic and transformational relationship with all key stakeholders at Albertsons, including Pest Control Buyer, divisional leaders, and broker support
•Collaborates across the internal commercial team both within sales (Category Management, Net Revenue Management and Sales Strategy) and across other internal stakeholders (marketing, demand planning, finance, etc.) to build insight-led, profitable, and strategic growth plans across the 5 P's
•Develop customized national/divisional programs designed to drive profitable volume while owning sales divisional forecasts ensuring accuracy and data integrity
•Expert in creating selling stories/presentations to influence positive outcomes with customer
