The IT Financial Analyst will provide support for the day-to-day functions of the IT Financial Management program. The IT Financial Management Program provides the following services: Oversight of expenditures and payment approvals Development and performance monitoring of the annual budgets Financial Reporting: Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Benchmarking, Historical and Future Trends, etc. Generate Financial data and reports for Executive consumption Position Management Oversight Consult on Project/Program level financial analysis Primary liaison between IT/Operations and Corporate Finance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field, plus 7 years of work experience within financial analytics Supervisory experience is a plus Knowledge of Technology disciplines is a plus. Key Accountabilities: Key Accountability Desired Key Actions to Successfully Achieve Key Role Accountabilities Accounting Process invoices for payment Assist in resolving invoicing issues, past due balances etc. Other Duties as Required Financial Reporting and Analysis Provide support for Monthly financial reconciliation processes and reporting Research historical data and answer questions regarding Capital Compensation, write-offs, sales tax, etc. Compile supporting data for Annual reports such as Seer Benchmarking, Cost reporting, etc. Complete ad hoc projects as requested by management Process Development/ Improvement Build relationships with key stakeholders of the Finance Program Serve as a resource to staff to assist them in understanding Finance related processes & procedures Recommend , develop, and implement improvements to current financial processes This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the Minnetonka office for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.
