Nesnah Ventures has a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team. The role of Executive Assistant provides direct support to the company's leadership team managing a wide range of administrative duties while working closely with the President and executive leaders. The Role:

As the Executive Assistant, you will perform a wide variety of administrative support in the day-to-day operations and strategic work of the President, Company Shareholders, and the Business Executive Team. Your job is to set them up for success by anticipating needs to be successful and ensuring their time is best used to achieve the companies' goals. In this role you will learn an incredible amount about our companies, work with amazing employees across different industries, and above all - help us continue to grow our portfolio.

Responsibilities Include:

Plan & schedule meetings, conferences, venues, and travel for executives
Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
Provide corporate communications, including creating surveys and monitoring results
Research and compile data related to strategic projects and initiatives
Assist in the planning and preparations of company events, meetings, and celebrations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in administrative support functions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with MS Office applications
