Description & Details:

Under the direction of the head coach, the Director of Basketball Operations will assist in all administrative phases of the program. Primary responsibility will involve the development, coordination and implementation of off-court team functions, player affairs, team travel, home and away game management and special projects as assigned. Additional responsibilities will be administrative duties, video editing and camp duties as assigned.

Advertised Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Evidence of strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to compliance with NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Evidence of ability to interact positively with student-athletes, parents, colleagues and the public.
  • Demonstration of effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professional behavior.
  • Commitment to the academic success of student-athletes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with NDSU Basketball.
  • Play and/or demonstrated work at a highly competitive intercollegiate level.
  • Sport camp experience.
  • Advanced skills in organization and management.
  • Advanced technology skills.
  • Understanding of Hudl, Sportscode, Word and Excel
