Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer in our Customer Success department at VIDA you will have the opportunity to:

• Act as a point of contact for VIDA customers by creating effective solutions to challenging technical issues. You will use your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and diagnose issues , make recommendations, and implement solutions.
• Work with VIDA partners to support the integration of products
• Improve customer references by writing and maintaining documentation , optimizing learning databases , and effectively tracking issues.

• Associate Degree in computer science, computer engineering or a similar field and a minimum of 1 year of experience performing a technical support function or equivalent education and experience including experience working in with external customers and supporting clinical trials
• Experience using Python for scripting
