Sr Facilities Engineer

Work as part of a team by providing facilities management and operational activities at Honeywell insert business group or function . You will ensure that the facility, properties and office service functions operate effectively and efficiently. You will provide professional services to operate, renovate and maintain building, systems and equipment while meeting the needs of the building occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and lead other
• Evaluate/recommend equipment
• Evaluate/recommend renovations
• Coordinate project activities
• Identify and prioritize work
• Analyze budget
• Approve and oversee work
• Participate in planning
• Coordinate equipment readiness

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
