Work as part of a team by providing facilities management and operational activities at Honeywell. You will ensure that the facility, properties and office service functions operate effectively and efficiently. You will provide professional services to operate, renovate and maintain building, systems and equipment while meeting the needs of the building occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the overall health of the facility and support the groups within
Champion capital, asset, and sustainability management systems
Effectively assess the capacity and condition of the building utilities
Recommend and lead capital improvement projects
Conduct space planning meetings to effectively layout production and office areas
Navigate effectively through complex, dynamic, and ambiguous situations
Provide technical guidance to the facility staff
Proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems
Uphold all safety standards and work directly with safety personnel
Coordinate equipment readiness
Be a Positive individual who can effectively communicate with all related parties including interactions with local governmental inspectors (environmental, fire, water, waste etc.)
You must have:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related science field
At least 2 years of experience in a related position.

Multi-site experience
PMP/CAPM certification
AutoCAD proficiency
Experience with capital, asset, and sustainability management systems
Water systems understanding (DI water, Process cooling water, Waste water treatment etc.)
Ability to lead and direct the work of others
Experience in facilities management or manufacturing
Strong analytical skills and creative thinking
Computer and database management proficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fundamental mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment problems.
