Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a HSE Engineer II for our Golden Valley, MN location.

The HSE Engineer II Safety is responsible for supporting and facilitating the implementation of an effective Health, Safety and Environmental & Facility (HSE&F) management system that will ensure ongoing compliance towards Honeywell's HSE standards and regulatory compliance, while improving site HSE culture. The HSE Engineer II will report to the HSE Manager and actively collaborate and participate as a valued member of the HSE team for Minnesota facilities and provides HSE guidance, technical support and coordinates activities and processes across the site.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • A two-year technical degree
  • At least 2 years HSE program management experience
  • U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance

    WE VALUE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Environmental Science, or Chemistry.
  • Experience focusing on air quality, waste management, chemical inventory, environmental permits and EPCRA required reports.
  • Familiar with OSHA Standards for General Industry (i.e., electrical safety, Fall Protection, Hoist and Crane Safety, hazardous materials management).
  • Experience with RCRA, EPA, OSHA regulations.
  • Familiar with occupational safety requirements.
