Employee Type: Full time Location: WI Green Bay Willowbrook Job Type: Finance Planning / Analysis Job Posting Title: Process Improvement Manager Job Description: Job Summary: This position contributes to the company's success by serving as a process improvement leader, while driving project delivery across FSS. Participating in the design and development of effective, efficient, and controlled processes across the global business solutions operating model. Assist in refining project management strategy and drives change using project management methodologies throughout the enterprise. This position will report to the Director of Procure to Pay within Shared Services. Roles & Responsibilities: Drive process improvement strategies for Financial Shared Services with a focus on effectiveness, efficiency, and controls. Proactively collaborate with the global team(s), Tower Leads and other TreeHouse functional leaders to implement process improvement projects, provide training, or identify system needs for improved performance. Communicate effectively formally and informally across global teams and develop materials that translate to functional audiences. Influence process behavior changes with stakeholders throughout the company. Lead, organize, and execute assigned projects utilizing project management methodologies. Analyze and interpret data and formulate recommendations and solutions as applicable. Support system integration efforts, including any mergers, acquisition, and divestiture activity. Analyze operating procedures and policies on an ongoing basis and recommend and implement improvement plans where appropriate. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency gains, process simplification, and cost improvement opportunities through system usage and/or process change. Gain deep business knowledge and experience to perform process analysis using critical thinking, problem solving, research, analytical and presentation skills necessary to identify opportunities, present recommendations, drive change and implement solutions. Identify opportunities to enhance and/or expand our global operations to maximize success of our global operating model. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred 5+ years of work experience in business functions, preferably in a shared services and/or global organization 2+ years of proven experience leading projects with the ability to lead a team through the entire project life cycle Proven ability to indirectly influence and utilize of change management framework and tools Background in Consumer-Packaged Goods or Food Manufacturing is preferred Self-starter with a high degree of intellectual curiosity, continuous improvement mindset and learning agility Acute attention to detail Strong process knowledge with the ability to identify root causes and champion solutions Financial acumen to include knowledge and understanding of financial shared services processes and procedures Creative problem-solving abilities required; ability to be resourceful to find solutions, using a "can do" attitude Strong process and influence skills with a collaborative communication style to effectively drive change, handle conflict, and employ a systematic approach to finding solutions Excellent communication skills - both formal and informal with the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, Teams) Familiarity with ERP Systems (SAP preferable) Exceptional organization skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, accomplishing objectives and meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results Occasional travel required depending on projects THE TREEHOUSE WAY: OWN IT COMMIT TO EXCELLENCE BE AGILE SPEAK UP BETTER TOGETHER TreeHouse Use Only:
