Job Description
An On-Site Project Manageris responsible for completing the following duties:
- Oversee and coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, per scope and within budget
- Work with the Safety Director to oversee site safety, making sure all processes and practices are conducted in a safe manner
- Understand operation and safety of all machinery in your area of responsibility
- Understand operation and safety of all machinery in your area of responsibility
- Accountable for all safety and cleanliness of your area of responsibility
- Strong multi-tasking andtime management skills
- Support your Supervisor and Company decisions
- Manage Construction Management projects from time that complete contract is signed until final completion of project.
- Collaborate with on-site Job Superintendent, Team Lead & Project Engineer
- Manage inside resources as needed
- Manager sub-contractor contracts including bid letting, approving invoicing, etc.
- Communicate with customers, provideupdates on project status
- Develop and maintain project schedule
- Maintain the project budget
- Ensure quality workmanship on the project as a whole
- Maintain organized and detailed records, and documentation throughout the project
- Coordinate between Construction Management, Install, and Service to ensure seamless transition between job stages
- Assist Construction Management sales as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have working knowledge of your area of responsibility
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Computer skills - ongoing development to include Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, Salesforce, Google Workspace
- Travel to sites required, approximately 80%
