Job Description

An On-Site Project Manageris responsible for completing the following duties:

• Oversee and coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, per scope and within budget
• Work with the Safety Director to oversee site safety, making sure all processes and practices are conducted in a safe manner
• Understand operation and safety of all machinery in your area of responsibility

• Accountable for all safety and cleanliness of your area of responsibility
• Strong multi-tasking andtime management skills
• Support your Supervisor and Company decisions
• Manage Construction Management projects from time that complete contract is signed until final completion of project.
• Collaborate with on-site Job Superintendent, Team Lead & Project Engineer
• Manage inside resources as needed
• Manager sub-contractor contracts including bid letting, approving invoicing, etc.
• Communicate with customers, provideupdates on project status
• Develop and maintain project schedule
• Maintain the project budget
• Ensure quality workmanship on the project as a whole
• Maintain organized and detailed records, and documentation throughout the project
• Coordinate between Construction Management, Install, and Service to ensure seamless transition between job stages
• Assist Construction Management sales as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of your area of responsibility
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Computer skills - ongoing development to include Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, Salesforce, Google Workspace
• Travel to sites required, approximately 80%
