Manage and grow a very large and very complex existing long-term and stable portfolio of commercial loans. Prospects for and closes new business relationships with companies ranging from $25mm - $1bb in annual revenues. Retains and expands relationships with existing customers. Sells appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients, identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals. Provides financial advice to customers. Approves loans within assigned limits, managing loan and portfolio credit quality.

Basic Qualifications

  • Masters degree in finance, accounting or other related field
  • 10 or more years of commercial lending experience
  • Three or more years of management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans
  • Strong leadership and strategic management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
