What you'll be doing: + Lead the architecture team that provides architectural oversight for solutions in alignment to strategic blueprints. + Craft vendor evaluation criteria and development recommendations. + Expand architecture's outreach efforts by growing our federated architecture practice. + Thinking broadly to align initiatives and strategies across the organization. + Enable the growth of reusable Enterprise Capabilities and Technologies. + Provides training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent. + Directs and evaluates individual/team performance and takes appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards for assigned area(s) of responsibility. + Enables the team to grow skills and uplift the organization. + Directs and provides leadership to continually improve the capability and results for their assigned area(s) of responsibility. + Establishes relationships with partners throughout Lincoln. + Guides the growth of technology and application architecture throughout the company. + Ensures that top talent is hired and retained for their assigned area(s) of responsibility. What we're looking for: _Must-haves:_ + 4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) (Minimum Required) + 4+ Years' AWS Cloud experience _Nice-to-haves:_ + Experience in technology strategy and governance processes. + Agile Mindset; awareness/understanding of Agile methodologies + Demonstrated ability to successfully hire, retain, develop and coach staff via a culture of real-time performance feedback, with ability to build both technical and leadership skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). \ What's it like to work here?
