Description:

In this role, the individual will be talking to employees that are in the field installing the equipment and helping them troubleshoot to install. Might need to change up an AutoCAD drawing and send it out while on the phone. Communication is done via phone and/or email. Goal is to get the field engineers to install equipiment as fast as possible because they are paying them big bucks to do it.
