THE OPPORTUNITY

Working with the Director of Marketing & Innovation and COO, the Marketing Manager is responsible for all core marketing activities including strategy/marketing planning, i.e. developing and managing comprehensive marketing plans to best position Server products in the market. This includes creating engaging and informative content, advertising and promotional strategies that support the company and brand mission. In addition, the Marketing Manager leads the innovation process by defining product vision at the concept level and championing cross-functional teams during the development process through to commercialization. This role is highly collaborative - the Marketing Manager will be the hub between Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Research. The Marketing Manager will present business cases to the executive leadership team for approval. A successful candidate will be a leader who can listen, facilitate, and steer cross-functional teams while being comfortable in a fast and constantly changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing Manager develops and executes annual Marketing Plans
  • Owns the ideation, innovation, and stage gate new products process
  • Marketing Manager defines product vision, product strategy, and roadmap
  • Maintains three-year innovation pipeline delivering 15-20 new concepts ongoing
  • Defines research needs to build business cases in support of recommendations
  • Marketing Manager is a strong collaborator cross functionally and externally with agency partners

REQUIREMENTS

  • Marketing Degree and minimum of 3 years of related marketing experience in CPG or manufacturing environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, planning & organization, and analytical skills
  • Consistently delivers data-driven insights and recommendations
