Community Corrections Supervosor

Under general supervision of the Community Corrections Director, the Community Corrections Supervisor is responsible for promoting the safety of all citizens in building offender competencies through increased community collaboration and restoring the victim s sense of security when affected by crime. This position manages corrections activities; supervises community corrections staff; plans and implements various corrections programs; and initiates, develops, interprets, and revises policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for developing outcome measures for corrections staff, regulating workloads, providing on-call services, participating in staff development, and assuming responsibility for the Community Corrections Director in his/her absence.
