The skilled and results-driven Digital Strategist will provide expert consulting services to financial services industry clients. Reporting to the Industry and Solution Strategy Director, the strategist will be responsible for identifying and securing new digital business opportunities as well as a key participant in the strategy, ideation, and execution of that business. While an individual contributor role, the candidate must be an effective team player that collaborates with sales, marketing, product, delivery, and client engagement. The strategist will lead the creation and promotion of value based digital solutions that solve for our clients' digital marketing needs. A successful candidate will possess a keen understanding of the rapidly changing consumer behavior and trends in digital marketing. Additionally, the candidate should be assertive, innovative, and web and media savvy. The strategist will be a member of Acxiom's digital community where they will be able to collaborate and cultivate digital strategy ideas with other associates in similar or related job roles. Responsibilities & Priorities + Build strong, trusting relationships with clients' digital and media teams + Identify, shepherd, and create business opportunities with various IPG agencies (Acxiom's parent company), in the advancement of our digital and media services + Engage with Acxiom and client strategic partners to determine solutions and use cases to optimize digital campaign targeting strategy and performance + Work with account leadership to identify and implement areas of omnichannel marketing operations best practices for our clients + Work with client and account leadership to identify and implement future-proof solutions related to the loss of industry 3rd party cookies + Design digital and CRM strategies inclusive of data capture and activation workflow across the customer journey (e.g., media, client-owned properties, paid media, social media, CRM and offline) + Stay current on CCPA, data privacy, and other regulatory changes + Define and contribute to solutions that meet our client's digital marketing related to the following functions and platforms: Content Management System, Campaign Management, Digital Asset Management, Personalization and Targeting, Web Analytics, Mobile applications + Identity data and technology opportunities that support clients' media and digital campaign goals + Create client data assessments and recommendations regarding available 1P, 2P and 3P data + Consult, create, and maintain strategic marketing planning roadmaps for assigned clients + Assess and recommend audience curation, digital/CRM concepts and constructs, positioning, and communication strategies for our clients + Map existing and design new advertising and digital/CRM experiences based on data, insights, and marketing technology capabilities + Work with analytics and data science to define, create, and present performance metrics, marketing reports, executive dashboards, and measurement requirements for our clients + Communicate, manage, and report on critical performance metrics on a regular basis + Stay up to date on emerging digital tools and technologies, and share with account teams and clients where appropriate + Create solution proposals including services, timelines, pricing, and business value for our clients Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related Business discipline required + 7+ years' experience working with financial service organizations related to digital media buying and planning, programmatic strategy, execution, and people based marketing + Possess working knowledge of digital platforms such as marketing clouds, CRM systems, DMP, CDP, Tag Manager, analytics tools and others, including knowledge of at least one ecosystem of the major providers Adobe, Google, Oracle, SAP, OTT streaming platforms or Salesforce + Working knowledge of in-platform execution, pulling the levers in DSP platforms (i.e., DV360, Google Ads, Xandr, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Facebook Ads) + Experience working with media technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, connected TV and first/third-party ad tags + Knowledge of digital ads trafficking (DCM, DSP/SSP logs, Connected TV logs) + Experience working with identity management solutions + Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills + Ability to identify and coordinate across Acxiom teams + Experience and proficiency working on multiple projects and multiple deadlines + Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills + Ability to prepare for, lead, and maintain Acxiom internal and client strategy sessions with a focus on actionable outcomes + SEO knowledge or experience is a plus Why Acxiom?
