The Industrial maintenance technician will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, calibration and repair of shop floor equipment. Machine uptime is the highest priority for the position. Industrial Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair CNC, Additive (3D Printing), and factory production equipment Machine Calibration Implement and sustain a preventative maintenance plan Coordinate with outside vendors for machine maintenance and repairs Assist with installations of new equipment Eliminate unplanned down time by assessing root cause and establishing countermeasures Maintain spare parts inventory levels to support high machine uptime Track machine KPI's, such as unplanned downtime, to help improve long term performance Communicate equipment status within the organization. Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications/ Requirements: 5 years' experience repairing CNC, Additive manufacturing, or similar equipment Technical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation, or related course of study Experience trouble shooting PLC's, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems Demonstrated leadership qualities, professionalism, accountability, communication, and positive attitude. The ability to read blueprints and execute shop math Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
