Job Description
Must have experience setting up coil fed Progressive Dies that run in automatic punch presses.
General knowledge of Smart packs or similar type press controls
Work with automatic feeders (Roll feeders, servo feeders, etc.
Install raw material into coil feeders using mechanical lifts.
Install metal stamping dies into punch presses using die lifts.
Make adjustments to press to produce parts to Quality Work Instructions (QWI) specifications.
Operator is required to run two stampings presses.
Operators run to required production schedules.
Return dies to die rack or tool room for repair.
Operators to clean and Sweep and mop as required during their shift
The pay is $27.22 per hour plus shift premium
