Do you have a knack for fixing things? Elevate Living is looking for a maintenance technician to join our team. You ll be responsible for creating an exceptional living experience for our residents by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the overall care and upkeep of the property.

Have no maintenance experience but the ability to learn quickly? Not a problem! We d love to train an entry-level technician with great customer service skills and the ability and passion to learn general plumbing and electrical, appliance repair, and preventative maintenance.

About the Position

Elevate is seeking a hardworking full-time hourly Maintenance Technician who can grow with us as our professional apartment management company continues to expand. This position is full-time, therefore eligible for our outstanding benefits package, competitive wages, and excellent growth opportunity. Responsibilities and Duties

• Complete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner.
• Be available to respond to emergency phone calls during weekday evenings and weekends.
• General Handyman duties for building and apartment maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Driver's License required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements
• Furnish own hand tools
• Ability to learn
