Hire Direct Inc is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join an established, growing manufacturing company in the West Bend, WI area. As a Maintenance Technician you will support safety, production, and quality by ensuring operations of mechanical and electrical equipment/machinery, troubleshooting, repairing, preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance calls and offer technical support. Perform repairs and maintenance on machines and equipment inclusive of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Maintain compliance with all standard operating procedures to include safety guidelines, FDA Regulations, and cGMP requirements. Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment including PLCs (Siemens), Extrusion Blow Mold Machines, Stretch Blow Molding Machines, Kuka Palletizers, Dyco Palletizers, Stretch Machines, Conveyor Systems. Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements of all equipment. Reading assembly drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts. Experience/Education: You have at least 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a production environment. You understand PLC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing. Do you have solid mechanical aptitude knowledge and electrical experience? Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, motors, rotors, etc.
