Minneapolis, MN (Must be comfortable being on site in a hybrid model)
Looking for a Tier 2 Support resource to join a growing team. In this role you will be responsible for product support while working with the account opening team, trainers, and new recruits and tech team.
Qualifications:
- Experience working on day to day support activities
- Application reporting
- Manage troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Experience with deployment and disaster recovery activities
- Provide customer support and build relationships with business partners
- Experience with Docupace or Salesforce is a huge plus
- Previous financial experience is a huge plus
