Tier 2 Product Support

Contract (Opportunity to extend or convert)

Minneapolis, MN (Must be comfortable being on site in a hybrid model)

Looking for a Tier 2 Support resource to join a growing team. In this role you will be responsible for product support while working with the account opening team, trainers, and new recruits and tech team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working on day to day support activities
  • Application reporting
  • Manage troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Experience with deployment and disaster recovery activities
  • Provide customer support and build relationships with business partners
  • Experience with Docupace or Salesforce is a huge plus
  • Previous financial experience is a huge plus
