We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Racine. This position reports to the Manager of North America Financial Planning and Analysis and Pricing. In this role, you will have responsibility for all financial activities related to North America Financial Services, including cost control, pricing discipline, and financial review of monthly results to pursue achievement of EBIT and ROE targets. Position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule with three (2) days per week on-site and two (3) days remote. Responsible for delivering three (3) forecasts per year Participate in the annual budget process cycle for assigned areas of responsibility Participate in the three-year Strategic Plan (prepared annually) Quarterly Press Release support Support for Monthly Manager Meetings President of North America presentations and ad hoc analysis Produce flash (preliminary actual data) of month's results Analyze preliminary actual data to ensure material correctness of reported results Prepare financial, analytical, and interpretive reports in a timely fashion, including analysis of performance, cash flow, and capital requirements Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis on a broad range of complex business issues and key performance indicators Continuous review and analysis of North America Productivity Plus Consumer Revolving Account and Insurance products. Including maintenance of product line models, actual margins versus expectations, program utilization, subsidy effectiveness, etc. Provide support for and coordinate with Productivity Plus and Insurance product line teams on recommendations for pricing changes, new / modified programs / pilots, continuous process improvement, management reporting, etc. Monitoring and review of programs, rate set-ups, and transaction flow within business systems to pro-actively identify and address issues with Productivity Plus and Insurance products. Annual compensation range is $64,000-$87,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other business-related discipline and 3+ years relevant experience in diverse accounting/finance roles -OR- in a captive finance, banking/credit card, or insurance organization. Preferred skills are as follows: CPA, CMA, MBA and/or CFA Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP Financial product knowledge including management and control of costs, pricing, and market positioning Experience with SAP FI, SAP BI, Hyperion Financial Management, Cognos, Qlik, MS Power BI US applicants: CNH Industrial is an equal opportunity employer.
