Security Operations Specialist

Our client is currently seeking a Security Operations Specialist

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, financial services or business processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems.

Duties may include:

• differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions; researching inquires; resolving customer complaints; reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents; revising departmental procedures.
• Review, track and monitor reports
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Follow up on high-level customer requests or concerns
• Provide back-up for all department functions
