Job Description
To inspect parts and process using a variety of inspection methods and equipment.
Assist with the scheduling of the calibration of inspection equipment.
Will operate all necessary inspection equipment and may assist in programming.
Plans own work to meet requirements of production schedule.
Meets all standards set forth by company QMS (Quality Management System)
Handles all defective parts per QMS MRB procedures
Completes all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
Assist with first article inspection and documentation requirements per AS9102
Provide assistance with customer source inspections
Participate in business QRB as assigned
May be asked to direct the work of others to expedite parts flow and provide training as needed.
Communicates with supervisor, managers, CSRs, customers, and suppliers.
Able to work within a team.
Meets safety and good 5S practices.
Follow all quality procedures and achieve line of sight requirements.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
