Float Substitute Teacher - Elementary

About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,500 students and employs 850 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12. Position Overview & Responsibilities Responsible for supervising and instructing students with a wide range of abilities. Assignment: This assignment will be limited to 115 student contact days per school year. The district is committed to providing float substitutes 40 hours of work per work week until further notice and substitutes may be moved between buildings as necessary. Schedule: This position will be Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, from 7:00am -3:00pm. Wages: $185/day Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree and required substitute teaching license (short-call, long-call, lifetime) or a teaching license issued by PELSB.
