Workday Report Developer


Workday wizard wanted! Uline needs an analyst to develop advanced Workday reports to support our Human Resources department.


Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and modify advanced reports for internal human resources and managers using Access, Excel, and Workday Report Writer.

  • Collaborate with Workday users to outline reporting requirements.

  • Identify and execute process improvement strategies for HR groups like Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting.

  • Train users on Workday reporting functions and available reports.

  • Partner with Workday Security team to maintain Uline's data and privacy standards.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 2+ years of Workday Report Writer experience.

  • Workday PRISM, BIRT, and composite reporting experience preferred.

  • SQL knowledge a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
