The Relationship Management Leader (also known as a Merchant Services Sales Manager) is responsible for leading a team of relationship managers nationwide. Responsibilities will primarily be within managing an industry vertical account portfolio specific to Government, Healthcare, and Higher Education. Prior experience supporting this industry vertical is not required to be successful in this position. This leader is in a customer-facing role, managing relationships and requires regular in person customer visits. Experience critical for success will include an understanding of Merchant Services, preferably in a sales or customer focus role, demonstrated leadership of a geographically dispersed team, and an ability to provide appropriate support to field Relationship Managers in a highly deadline driven, solution-oriented environment to further drive strategic opportunities and retaining client relationships.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and develop Merchant Services Sales team and engage stakeholders and internal partners associated
  • Supervise transactional tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in complex functions
  • Make decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of management
  • Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, managers, and executives as well as interact directly with external customer
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Merchant Services Sales
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 4+ years of Merchant Services Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Professional presentation skills

  • Colorado - Denver Pay Range: $120,400 - $250,000 Annual
  • Washington - Seattle Pay Range: $138,500 - $287,600 Annual
May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
