Area Dean of Nursing Registered Nurse, Master Degree in Nursing Pay Range: $120,000-$135,000 Full-time, on campus Excellent benefits package $10,000 sign-on bonus The Area Dean of Nursing serves as the nurse administrator for the nursing program at multiple campuses and is responsible for leading, implementing, and maintaining learning and teaching strategies and initiatives that reflect the vision and direction of the School of Nursing. This includes hiring, management and development of campus nursing leaders and accountability for faculty management and the student academic experience. This role works collaboratively with campus and School of Nursing leadership, staff, and students to improve learning outcomes and ensure campuses meet and maintain Board of Nursing regulations and accreditation standards. Requirements: Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Doctorate preferred. Four (4) or more years as a faculty member in a professional nursing education program Three (3) or more years of management experience in the nursing field Four (4) or more years of Registered Nurse experience
