This position will support the delivery of mission-driven strategic communications and marketing. On a daily basis, we help public sector clients creative effective digital experiences for employees, stakeholders, and ultimately, citizens. We bring marketing, communications, and technology capabilities together with strategy and design to deliver measurable results for our clients. This position will involve virtual coordination with our multidisciplinary team. We're currently hiring a Communications Specialist intern to join us virtually from June through August 2023: + Support the delivery of mission-driven strategic communications and marketing + Assist with special projects and long-term initiatives + Collaborate with team members on client strategy + Participate in both internal and external meetings to review status of projects, tactics, and collateral materials development + Analyze data to identify key business insights + Rotate between multidisciplinary teams to support projects, gain exposure, and develop business acumen Preferred Qualifications + Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities + Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines + Strong motivation and adaptability to learn and understand new concepts and markets + Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment + Ability to produce quality work products with attention to detail Minimum Qualifications: + Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program Working at ICF Working at ICF means applying a passion for meaningful work with intellectual rigor to help solve the leading issues of our day. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
