Nobles Cooperative Electric (NCE), a rural electric cooperative in Worthington, MN, is currently accepting applications for a Member Services Representative. NCE serves over 6,800 members in Murray and Nobles counties. NCE employs 25 employees and is proud of its teamwork environment. 

The Member Services Representative provides a pleasant, courteous and informed reception for members and the public who visit or contact NCE. This position assists with collections, billing entries, cash receipt reconciliation, billing journal entries and reconciliations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to meet and communicate effectively with members both orally and in written communications. 
  • Two-year technical or college graduate; two year's work experience will be considered in lieu of two-year college.
  • Competency with calculator and data entry required. 
  • Proficiency with Windows and MS Office, principally Word and Excel. 
  • Position demands applicant to be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Capability to work and communicate effectively with fellow employees.
  • Must adhere to cooperative principles.
