Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Analyst in technology as part of the Advanced Research Engineering (ARE) Team within the Cyber Threat Management Group (CTMG) to be part of a dedicated team of developers, researchers, and cyber threat team members who respond rapidly to cyber threats and then create the necessary responses.

This analyst will coordinate engineering deliverables in a disparate and ever-changing environment. The Analyst will continuously work with internal partners and engineers to clearly understand success. Candidate should have a general understanding of technology, agile, project management and partnership. Should be driven to achieve deadlines, and ability to work independently.

In this role, you will:
  • Partner with other "Engagement Leads" to identify deliverables, objectives, stakeholders and timelines for each engagement assigned.
  • Work with engineering and technical resources on the team to achieve goals in an Agile format.
  • Manage engineering soft skills in the team to ensure good partnership and information sharing.
  • Maintain an awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security
  • Develop and implement security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse systems environments
  • Provide security consulting and project management services on highly complex information security projects and issues
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 2+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of security configuration management including: linking security policy with security configuration
  • Knowledge and understanding of network security and network protocols
  • Knowledge and understanding of vulnerability identification and remediation
  • Experience operating effectively in a geographically dispersed organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1+ years of information security experience including experience in one or more of the following security disciplines: information security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, host/network forensics, cyber-crime investigation, penetration testing, business continuity, or cyber threat intelligence
  • 2+ years of experience with SDLC and Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence etc.
  • 1+ years of client support experience
  • 1+ years of application production support experience
  • 1+ years of experience engineering and analyzing both Windows based and Unix based operating systems
  • 2+ years of technical documentation and publication experience
  • Ability to produce a copy of military orders including applicant name
Job Expectations:

HHH Program Hires are expected to attend and participate in the Military Spouse Homefront Heroes Orientation and Onboarding Experience.
