We are seeking a Senior Government Programs Analyst to join our Compliance team. Using your analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills you will help drive the organization's growth in this space. You will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer.Icario needs you to help streamline the compliance program. You will have an opportunity to implement new GRC tools to improve oversight and drive more effective compliance training. About the Role Does the idea of playing a significant role in the Medicare and Medicaid space at a fast-growing, late stage start-up sound intriguing? We are seeking a Senior Government Programs Analyst to join our Compliance team. Using your analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills you will help drive the organization's growth in this space. You will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer. Icario needs you to help streamline the compliance program. You will have an opportunity to implement new GRC tools to improve oversight and drive more effective compliance training. Why We Need You Perform monthly compliance monitoring tasks, including OIG exclusion checks, coordinating training with HR, and tracking staff compliance requirements Coordinate annual and quarterly audits with clients Actively participate in Icario's vendor oversight team, including tracking vendor compliance attestations and audit responses Respond to internal compliance questions from Icario staff Investigate and respond to FWA complaints. Provide technical assistance to stakeholders to support government program-related products and services Review and draft compliance policies to meet Medicare, Medicaid and HIPAA requirements Additional duties as assigned Embody Icario's values What We'll Love About You At Icario, we're not looking for the impossible, just the exceptional.
