Vice President of Construction Services

If you are a Vice President of Construction with experience, please read on! We're a family-owned 75 year old residential custom home builder. We have a backlog of over 100 projects estimated > $15M and we just started our x marketing campaign. This is a "get your hands dirty" type role - you won't be sitting behind a desk often.

Ideally residential custom home construction experience.

Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Collaborate with President/Owner to make decisions for operational activities
- Run day to day business with smooth progress
- Supervise staff & give constructive feedback
- Evaluate business procedural efficiency
- Manage procurement process
- Review financial information/budgets
- Evaluate overall performance

- Experience as VP of construction (or similar)
- Experience in residential custom home construction (highly preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (or similiar)
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of other software such as BuildXAct, Houzz, ClockShark, QuickBooks Online, Bamboo HR, Dropbox, etc.
- Excellent & proven leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to get your hands dirty and lead by example
