We are looking for an Enterprise Senior Engineer at Marvin. Join us, and bring your experience in Lean manufacturing to life at a family-owned and -led company that welcomes your passion and wants your ideas.

In this leadership role, you will support key fundamentals of Lean manufacturing: Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost Reduction initiatives through process development and process improvement projects. You will also collaborate, supervise, and mentor your engineering colleagues who share a similar desire to learn and help Marvin raise the bar.

Highlights of your role

Develop and implement Lean strategy using key Lean principles in conjunction with multiple stakeholders.
Gather and analyze process data to keep capacity ahead of demand while determining the most-Lean solution.
Lead and facilitate kaizen events and improvement projects with cross functional teams.
Facilitate and own Value Stream Mapping that drives toward strategic initiatives.
Implement continuous improvement activities within production and business processes.
Develop sustainment plans and conduct audits.
Coach, collaborate and provide feedback on Lean methods and continuous improvement techniques within facilities.
Champion a Lean culture.
Lead major lean projects and initiatives in broad areas of assignments and fields.
Prioritize and coordinate improvement projects.
Travel up to 25% to support facilities across the enterprise.

You're a good fit if you have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience required
A minimum of four to six years of leading and participating in Lean initiatives
Experience in hands-on implementation of Lean Six Sigma methods
Black belt or comparative experience preferred
Data analytic skills with the ability to connect initiatives to business metrics and determine the path forward
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, guide towards business needs and course correct when needed
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated, strong project management skills required
Excellent self-direction and time management
