Job Family : Management Consulting Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : None What You Will Do : + Lead the design, development, delivery, and management of stakeholder communications + Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder management strategies + Conduct impact analyses to maximize employee adoption and usage of solution changes, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders + Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress + Develop, execute, and update Change Management and Communications Plans + Evaluate and ensure end user readiness + Support organizational design and (re)definition of roles and responsibilities + Develop Communications strategies + Includes roles such as OCM, Communications Outreach, and Plain Language What You Will Need : + Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Change, Business Transformation, or related field and a minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience + Proven experience developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies, campaigns, initiatives and monitoring their results + Proven success leading change communication and/or marketing efforts with some support as needed from other team members + Proven track record of exceptional client relationship management skills + Proven capability of applying change management methodology to business problems + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills + Proven track record with customer/client-facing interactions + Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences + U.S. Citizenship What Would Be Nice To Have : + Subject Matter Expertise and/or experience working in federal or state unemployment insurance programs. + Certification Change Management Professional Certification (CCMP), or Prosci certification + Process Improvement Experience The annual salary range for this position is $98,400.00-$196,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
