Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic and preventive maintenance on state-of-the-art semiconductor process equipment.
  • To include: troubleshoot and repair of electrical, electronic and mechanical systems such as robotics, controllers, DC power supplies, RF generators, lasers of several classes, high vacuum systems, gas and chemical delivery systems.
  • Participate in a lean manufacturing environment, utilizing 5s, Kaizen, Rapid Problem Solving and other lean tools.
  • Ability to work 10%- 25% overtime as needed.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Associate degree in Electronics/Certificate in Electronics/Military Electronics experience with troubleshooting and repair
  • Must have DoD Clearance or eligible to receive one
  • US Citizenship due to contractual obligations

WE VALUE

  • Proficient use of electronic tools - oscilloscope, wave generator, frequency counter, digital voltage meter
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Mechanical repair abilities
  • Self-motivated person and able to do multiple tasks with some supervision
  • Ability to wear SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) and clean room suits
