Senior RFIC Design Engineer

RFIC Design Engineer - Minneapolis - Hybrid work

We are working alongside a leading developer and provider of 5G and 4G chips and modules for massive, broadband, and critical IoT markets looking for a Principal Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit (RFIC) Design Engineer level (can consider lower level) to join their team in Minneapolis with a Hybrid work model.

You will be working within a dynamic design team you will participate in the development of next generation RFIC products for IoT and 5G wireless communication networks.

You will be responsible for:

• Specifying, designing and verifying key circuits and sub-systems of integrated RF transceivers
• Provide strong technical expertise and mentor junior engineers
• Work with other teams to facilitate the design and production process

For this role, we are looking for:

• Educational background in Engineering (or relevant)
• Experience in IC development
• Fluent English
• Strong RFIC understanding
• Strong design experience
