Wells Fargo is seeking a Private Wealth Investments Sr. Lead Business Execution Consultant.

In this role, you will:
  • Report to the Head of Business Execution for the Private Wealth Investments organization
  • The preferred location is Charlotte, NC, other hub locations throughout the footprint will be considered
  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
  • Work closely with our control partners in legal, risk and compliance on various projects issue management related to our area of business.
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Proven ability to execute with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to create and deliver impactful executive level presentations
Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in managing or supporting client Investment portfolios
  • Engagement in strategic initiatives impacting clients of the High Net Worth & Ultra High Net Worth segments
  • Deep understanding of Investment regulations, policies & procedures
  • Track record of developing strategic relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of Investment Risk & Controls
  • Experience with RCSA Risk and Control Self Assessment, and SHRP issues.
Job Expectations:
  • The primary responsibilities of this position will be engaging in Private Wealth Portfolio Management strategic initiatives to drive business performance in sales, net asset inflows and outflows, improved Investment business operations.
  • This role will have a heavy emphasis on business risk initiatives and support key mitigation strategies in addressing those issues. This will also include participating in Risk and Control Self-Assessment work as a business representative and business ownership of any identified corrective actions
  • This position role will have considerable interaction across Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) and the respective Centers of Excellence (COE) such as the Client Relationship Group (CRG), Banking, Lending & Trust (BL&T) and Investment Solutions (IS)
