Outpatient/PACU RN - Part-time

Lakewood Health System is seeking a part-time Outpatient/PACU RN!

The Outpatient/PACU RN is responsible for the implementation of high-quality care, safety, and privacy of the patient while they are in the outpatient and post anesthesia care unit. This role provides pre-operative and post-operative care for all patients in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, licensures, and scope of practice of the RN.

Work schedule and additional position details:

• Part-time, 48 hours every two weeks
  
• Position will be Pre/Post/PACU
  
• Late shift required on a rotating basis
  
• Variable start time possible to cover patient care needs
  

Qualifications

Current MN RN licensure

ACLS Certified or obtained within 6 months of hire

PALS Certified or obtained within 6 months of hire

Previous Outpatient or PACU experience preferred

Previous ICU or Critical Care experience preferred

Skilled in interpersonal relations

Flexibility with scheduling a must

Ability to work in a team environment
