Job Posting Title Supervisor Pharmacy Rebate Operations Government Remote in Richmond, Virginia Job Description Summary Oversees all aspects of the rebate operations process and acts as a representative of the department in meetings when the manager cannot be present. Day-to-day responsibility to meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), post payments, invoice manufacturers, dispute management, and reporting, resource allocations and support of implementation activities. Escalates to the manager any issues that they cannot resolve. Job Description + Provides staff direction in day-to-day work responsibilities, training and performance requirements. + Manages workload to meet contractual requirements. + Maintains a solid understanding of client service level agreements and associated procedures. + Provides input/develops procedures and corresponding training materials. + Acts as point of contact/escalation for dispute resolution with drug manufacturers. + Manages staff metrics and conducts periodic 1-on-1 performance connections with direct reports. + Serves as point of contact/escalation for internal and external audits, + Manages the cash posting, invoicing, 64.9R and dispute management procedures among assigned clients and staff. + Attend working sessions/meeting with internal and external clients, including drug manufacturers. + Collaborates with Account Management and Rebate Management on client requests (e.g., ad hoc reporting). + Continuously looks for ways to improve current operations; and implements process improvements. + Assists with rebate application updates and testing. + Serves as backup for department Manager, as necessary. Responsibilities + 5+ years of experience in a role with demonstrated leadership responsibilities preferably in a business operations function. + Bachelor's degree required or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
