The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will encompass the following:

Creating 3D AutoCAD electrical designs
Laying out electrical panels, enclosures and networks
Programming HMI and PLC machine controls
Programming servo systems, vision, motion controllers, robotics and so on
Creating safety circuit designs
Preparing electrical equipment and specifications
Participating in start-ups and support
Creating and documenting bills of material
Ordering parts as needed
Ensuring that vendors are meeting design and time requirements

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

Any electrical engineering degree
One or more years of industrial automation experience
One or more years of industrial electric schematics and controls circuitry experience
One or more years of analog components, digital components, electrical switches, electrical relays, pressure sensors and temperature sensors experience
Possess the ability to travel up to 20% for startups
Possess a solid work history
Being a US citizen or green card holder
Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
