We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer II to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. Responsibilities:
- Create and design architectural plans and drawings for various projects
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other designers and architects to develop innovative design solutions
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Review and approve drawings and plans created by other designers and architects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in architecture and design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in Revit, R.A, AIA, Hospital, and Architecture
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience with project management software is a plus
