Salary:$60k - $85k / OTE: $100k - $150k

The Role:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, North America, the Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for new business development, along with retention and growth of new accounts once secured. The position will include prospecting and outreach to employers, including on site presentations, phone and email outreach, networking, trade show attendance, and some traditional business development.

Responsibilities

  • Organized and methodical prospecting, discovery, and sales of recruitment advertising services to enterprise and mid-market level organizations.
  • Work closely with our U.S. and U.K. based marketing and operations teams to retain and grow accounts through the delivery of strong campaign results.
  • Close liaison with headquarter resources (in London and Minneapolis, MN) to ensure quality onboarding and campaign execution
  • Meet and exceed challenging, yet realistic and attainable sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Attendance at conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • A blend of phone sales and onsite presentations to employers


Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the digital recruitment marketing/ advertising space, including performance-based pricing (pay per click/ pay per apply) models, Applicant Tracking Systems, performance tracking, and programmatic job distribution
  • Experience with Marketing automation platforms such as Engage, Marketo, etc.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
  • Technical proficiency and high level of comfort learning new technologies and toggling between multiple applications throughout the day
  • Experience utilizing a CRM platformto log and capture all sales interactions
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales goals/ quotas
  • College Degree preferred, but significant direct experience will suffice
  • Highly organized
