Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager SAP Business Analysts reports to the SAP Program Manager and leads a team of IT Business Analysts in support of the SAP implementation. The Manager SAP Business Analysts is responsible for supporting the analysis of the data models and business requirements and document the results of analysis and business requirements necessary for the software developers to configure the SAP environment, develop any special programming, This position will provide leadership and support over all unit testing and overall systems testing during the SAP implementation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Business Analysis and functional requirements
* Prepare, in conjunction with IT Business Analysis and Business process owners, the documentation of current data model, architecture and business process models
* Prepare with IT business analysis and Business process owners the documentation of expected SAP requirements in collaboration with external IT vendors and provide direction to software developers
* Review the documentation and provides a quality check of the content in the documentation
* Support the unit testing of all program modifications, integrations, and data conversions
* Lead and support the overall user acceptance testing of all SAP modules and integrated systems

Legacy system data model software development
* Supports the execution of all IT software development tasks to execute data migration and conversion
* Supports data migration and conversion with external IT providers responsible for SAP technical configuration

Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership
* Operates safely within policies, procedures and governmental regulations and fully participates in and champions Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Programs
* Ensures the EH&S Programs are being followed and provides a safe working environment to our employees and customers
* Accountable for building a strong safety culture and actively pursues it daily; identifies unsafe behaviors and conditions and intervenes to mitigate incidents
* Must abide by and enforce all organizational policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required):
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Business, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of project management experience, or Managerial experience in IT, Finance, or Industrial Engineering

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (preferred):
* Project management certification (PMP or equivalent), or Finance/Engineering relevant certifications

SKILLS:
* Ability to communicate with both IT technical and non-technical users
* Strong knowledge of IT Functional Design Methods and Business Process Mapping,
* Supports the mission, vision, and values through project/teamwork
* Must have strong Microsoft Office Suites computer skills
* Must have strong organizational and time management skills
* Must have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
* Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
* Proven leadership skills with direct as well as indirect reports
* Must have ability to maintain confidentiality
