Qualifications:
Experience: One (1) or more years of focused experience in site and stormwater management design
Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Licensure: EIT or PE licensure is not required at this time, but candidates must have the ability, and are expected, to become licensed in the State of Wisconsin in the future.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
The applicant is expected to have skills/experience in the following area:
- Site layout design.
- Site grading, paving and drainage design.
- Roadway design.
- Hydrologic and hydraulic design.
- Utility design including water distribution, sanitary sewer, and other.
- Stormwater Management.
- Some experience and interest in Land Surveying is a plus.
Qualifications:
Experience: One (1) or more years of focused experience in site and stormwater management design
Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand new concepts quickly, make informed decisions and continue to learn.
- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
- Organized and able to work under pressure.
- Self driven and able to work effectively with moderate supervision. Able to manage personal workload effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Skills:
- Production ready with Autodesk Civil 3D experience
- Knowledge of HydroCAD, WinSLAMM and HEC-RAS stormwater modeling software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products
- Knowledge of Leica-based Land Surveying software is a plus
