  Hey Watertown,  we're in search of a  Registered Nurse  to join our Edgewood team as the  Clinical Services Director ! In this role, you'll utilize your nursing and leadership skills to truly make a difference in the lives of seniors, all while supporting and mentoring a team of caregivers and clinical staff, working together to provide our residents the exceptional care they deserve. 

As the Clinical Services Director at Edgewood, you would be responsible for the overall clinical oversight of the residents' medical care plans, which includes the management and training of all clinical services staff, to ensure the delivery of care meets your and Edgewood's expectations. You would also prepare the community for state surveys related to licensure as well as ensure clinical staff is compliant with state and federal regulations.

Minimum Requirements

 

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following: 
  • Registered Nurse license 
  • Assisted living, dementia, geriatric care experiences a plus 
  • Good understanding of assisted living policies, state licensure regulations and Medicare conditions of participation. 
  • Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company's clinical software program. 
  • Will ensure caregiving staff is trained in clinical charting system. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, training, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. 
  • Supportive of company's growth & quality care initiatives. 
  • Caring, cheerful, and compassionate attitude. 
  • Must be an excellent mentor!
