Construction Project Quality Manager

We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Quality Manager

Salary: $150,000-220,000K DOE

Who you are:

You have 10+ years of experience as a quality engineer/manager with experience in multi-disciplinary design and construction projects. You are knowledgeable in all aspects of quality in regards to various disciplinaries of construction projects. You have managed all quality in at least one construction project that was over $100M in value, and you are familiar with ISO 9001 regulations.

You love to manage projects, ensuring that all QMPs are prepared and implemented according to schedule.

Your job responsibilities as our next Project Quality Manager:

• implementing and overseeing the Developer's quality management processes.
• ensuring the QMP is comprehensively prepared and implemented within the required schedule constraints, revising or updating the QMP when deficiencies are identified or Project needs dictate.
• requiring and scheduling audits of the implementation of the QMP throughout the Work.
• reporting QA/QC activities and results to the Authority
• managing the Work quality managers.
