What can you expect in this role?

??? Creating and maintaining a warm, inviting, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.

??? Helping and affirming customers in finding the product specific to their wants/needs.

??? Keep store and yard neat and organized, following all safety policies to ensure safety of staff and guests.

??? Delivering an exceptional consumer shopping experience that leaves guests feeling inspired, enabled, affirmed, and eager to return.

??? Ensuring accurate pricing and signage for product merchandise.

??? Continuing product education to provide the most valuable experience to customers.

??? Work well independently, resolve problems, relate well with various types of individuals, exercise good judgment, and work cooperatively in a team.

Physical Requirements:

??? Frequently required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.

??? Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.

??? Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

??? Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

??? Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

??? Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather including extreme heat, rain, wind, etc.
